Quality Expectations
Quality control is conducted on every product prior to shipping. While subjective, our view of QC is that no products with scratches or dents visible while assembled will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product description. In order to receive a replacement or compensation for a keyboard that has exterior scratches or dents, you must contact us prior to assembly and within one week from delivery. Internal surfaces are not considered when conducting QC.
